Never send us a banking password, payment-app password, PIN, OTP, or complete card details. If temporary account access is genuinely required for a clearly described fulfilment process, use temporary credentials and change them after delivery.

Payment services such as eSewa, Khalti, banks, and other payment channels process transactions under their own terms and privacy policies. We generally use payment screenshots and transaction references only to verify payment. Customers are responsible for hiding unrelated balances or transactions before uploading a screenshot.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with trusted providers when reasonably necessary to operate the store, fulfil orders, send communications, prevent fraud, maintain records, or comply with law. These providers may include hosting and database services, email services, payment channels, Google services, Discord webhooks, analytics providers, and customer-support tools.

Trustpilot Review Invitations

After an eligible order is marked Completed, we provide Trustpilot A/S with the customer’s name, email address, and unique order reference. Trustpilot uses this limited information to schedule and send a neutral service-review invitation. We do not send Trustpilot payment screenshots, passwords, PINs, OTPs, or complete payment information for this purpose.

If you submit a review, your review and selected profile information may become publicly visible on Trustpilot and will be handled under Trustpilot’s Privacy Policy. Invitations are not conditioned on leaving a positive review, and we do not provide rewards for positive Trustpilot ratings.

Legal and Safety Disclosures
